Answer: no it doesn??t have a two way zipper because those sleepers both have snaps …..

Will the preemie size fit the American doll bitty babies?
Answer: Hey good question! Unfortunately I am not 100% sure, I would think the newborn size would be pretty close. I just have not held one of those bitty babies since I was a kid!
