What is the power consumption of this tank-less heater.
Answer:

The instantaneous power consumption while the hot water is running is quite high (up to 18kW or 27kW depending on which model you??re looking at on this page). However, when no hot water is being used, the power consumption is 0 (or a minuscule amount to run an LED light or something). The total power consumption over t??

I have a double pole 30 amp breaker would be possible to just change the breaker as I have a two story house and wiring is in the areas between floors
Answer: Breakers are there to prevent over current on the wiring in your home. The breakers are sized to the wire so replacing a 30a breaker with a 40a breaker without changing the wiring would probably result in a fire.

Answer: This unit does not have the ability to have a remote temperature control.

Can a plumber install this to qualify for the warranty or do I need a plumber and an electrician both ?
Answer: On the week of 6-25-18 and spoke to a technician before purchasing unit, this is one of the questions I asked him. He said they used to require both licensed electrician & plumber, but now they just require one of the two for the warranty to be valid.
