is there a size chart?
Answer: No size chart. M granddaughters are 3 1/2, one is average size, 37 lbs, for her age and the other is in higher percentile at 43 lbs. I ordered size 5 for both and fits them both very nicely.
Does the skirt have a built in shorts?
Answer: No
Can these go into the washer and dryer?
Answer: Yes. I wash on gentle cycle in cold water then tumble dry on low delicate. The print on the pink unicorn pants has almost worn off due to my daughter??s rough play but everything else still looks great
