Answer: Wide enough to fit a toddler. My daughter was about 3 when I got her this set and she had it for a good while.

Answer: I ordered the 4-5 for my daughter who is 4 & it is huge on her. I would go with the 2-3 for your daughter.

Answer: My granddaughter is four I got her a medium, had to roll the sleeves up just a little. She is a little tall for her age. Hope that helps.
